In the technical field, the term “Performance” means the ability of a tool or object to perform the task for which it was designed. Improving the performance of any instrument means increasing its technical characteristics. How?


One possibility is to increase the efficiency, i.e. the ratio between input and output energy: thus a lower energy expenditure is obtained for the same outgoing work, or a greater work for the same incoming energy.

By mixing mechanics and electronics you can obtain
highly efficient mechatronic systems capable of balancing the energy/work ratio at any time.





One of the characteristics that influence the choice of one product over another is the level of comfort it is able to provide. It is important that a work tool used for several consecutive hours or a device that requires repetitive activities provides the operator with a high level of comfort.


Comfort is the objective we aim for not only in the creation of new projects, but also a commitment aimed at improving existing tools and devices.

It is possible to increase comfort by making an operation easier or by improving the environmental conditions in which the operator finds himself.





When it comes to efficiency, economic efficiency also becomes important. Being able to obtain an object at a reduced final cost is an objective that leads us to study new production processes.


We achieve efficiency by exploiting the new, malleable and high-performance materials that materials engineering offers us, together with

optimized production systems and process control technology.


Cost Saving



In recent years, sensitivity around the topic of environmental impact has grown exponentially. We at ITG are committed to obtaining energy in an increasingly cleaner way: (in the context of electricity production we increasingly rely on renewable sources) on the one hand self-propelled operating machines usually require a high level of power, on the other request is to create increasingly powerful models. How to reconcile the two opposites? How is it possible to reduce the environmental impact of self-propelled operating machines?


Starting from the awareness that using exclusively “clean” energy is not yet possible,

what can be done is to increase the efficiency of the entire machine system. To do this it is necessary to redesign the current layouts, rethink the energy production chain by exploring new paths and abandoning historical concepts.

In many cases innovation is synonymous with radical change, but in some sectors, such as in the world of agriculture, significant changes are viewed with a certain reticence. How is it possible to innovate a long-established product?


Every innovation project must have the immediately following one in its DNA. In doing so, ideas develop market needs.
